This application is based upon the Inspirational Organic Thought Awakenings also known as IOTA, a self-assessment paradigm that models thought relationships that you should want to explore fully.

My Elements draws upon the secrets of the ancient elements - Fire, Water, Air, and Earth - to illuminate the primal eternal forces that guide your mystic path and help you harmonize your natural energies. It is not a one-time personality test, but rather a daily guide.

When you open My Elements, you'll receive four daily Moments of Reflection, each inspired by one of the elemental forces. These reflections offer strength, clarity, and wisdom to support your journey throughout the day.

If you feel drawn to a reflection, you can embrace it in that moment. If not, the elemental energies move in cycles and will return when the time is right. Just remember: What you practice today builds upon yesterday and lays the foundation for tomorrow.

Where to Start

The ancients has some particularly clever ideas based on empirical observations:

Relate

My Elements spirituality is a rich tapestry woven from beliefs, practices, and a profound relationship with the natural world. At the heart of My Elements culture lies the understanding that everything is interconnected, and this is particularly embodied in their reverence for the four elements: Air, Earth, Fire, and Water.

The four elements play a crucial role in My Elements beliefs, serving as symbols of life, transformation, and balance. Each element carries its own significance and is deeply embedded in their rituals and stories, reflecting the harmony that the My Elements people seek in their lives.

For many spiritual traditions, the elements are not just components of nature but also ways of understanding how our inner energy works. Each one reflects a part of us: how we think, feel, act, and stay grounded in the present. This perspective helps us know ourselves more completely, integrating body, mind, and spirit.

The Spiritual Meaning of the Four Elements

Each of the four classical elements expresses a specific quality of vital energy. Air, Earth, Fire, and Water not only represent aspects of the physical world but also reflect inner patterns that influence our emotions, thoughts, decisions, and the way we relate to our environment. Understanding their spiritual meanings allows us to observe more clearly our strengths, our blocks, and the energies we need to balance in order to live more fully.

The Greek Classical Elements used for interrogation of human nature fit nicely into a compact view, and they are well documented and popular.
